Author Guidelines
The Asian Journal of Academic Research (AJAR) welcomes high-quality, original manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of knowledge across a wide range of academic disciplines. Authors are encouraged to carefully follow these guidelines before submitting their manuscripts. Compliance with these requirements will facilitate a smooth peer-review process and ensure consistency in published articles.
Before You Submit
- The manuscript must be original and must not have been published or submitted elsewhere.
- All authors must approve the final version before submission.
- Research involving humans or animals must comply with applicable ethical standards.
- Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted materials.
- The corresponding author must ensure that all co-authors have contributed significantly.
- Plagiarism, duplicate publication, and data fabrication are strictly prohibited.

Abstract and Keywords
Every manuscript must include an informative abstract of approximately 150–250 words summarizing the objectives, methodology, major findings, and conclusions of the study. Authors should provide 3–8 keywords immediately after the abstract to facilitate indexing and discoverability.
Figures and Tables
- Figures must be clear and of publication quality.
- Tables should be editable and not submitted as images.
- Each figure and table must include a descriptive caption.
- Authors are responsible for obtaining copyright permissions where required.
References
References should be complete, accurate, and formatted consistently according to the journal's citation style. Authors are encouraged to cite recent, relevant, and peer-reviewed literature whenever possible. Every reference cited in the text must appear in the reference list, and vice versa.
Publication Ethics
- Originality of submitted work.

- No duplicate or simultaneous submissions.
- Accurate reporting of research data.
